Refund Policy

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@peptiva.co.uk with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

Opened Products

For safety and product integrity reasons, opened products cannot be returned or refunded. This applies to all pens, nasal sprays, and reconstituted vials.

Unopened Products

Unopened, sealed products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Products must be in their original packaging and in resaleable condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days of receiving the returned product (or approving a damage claim). Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

International Orders

Peptiva is not responsible for orders seized by customs. No refunds will be provided for customs seizures. Please check your local import regulations before ordering.
