Testing includes HPLC purity analysis and mass spectrometry identity verification. Results are documented in a full Certificate of Analysis, which is included with your order. This ensures that every batch meets our strict quality standards before it reaches you.
3. How should I store Peptiva products?
Products should be stored refrigerated between 2–8°C and kept away from direct light to maintain stability and integrity. Injectable pens must not be frozen. Lyophilised vials should be stored at −20°C for long-term stability prior to reconstitution. Nasal sprays should remain sealed in their original packaging until use. Always refer to the specific storage instructions provided with your product.
4. Do you ship within the UK?
Yes. We offer two UK delivery options: Next Day Delivery for £9.99 (orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday) and free Standard Delivery in 3–5 working days. All orders are dispatched in discreet, plain packaging with no external branding or product descriptions visible. A tracking number is provided via email once your order has been dispatched.
5. Do you ship internationally?
We ship to selected international destinations. However, customers are solely responsible for ensuring that research peptides are legal to import in their country. Peptiva cannot guarantee customs clearance for international orders, and we are not liable for any seizures or delays at customs. We strongly recommend researching your local import regulations before placing an order.
6. How can I verify my Peptiva product?
Each Peptiva product includes a unique QR code on the packaging for verification. Scanning this code directs you to our verification system, where you can confirm product authenticity and view batch-specific details including purity data and testing results. Our full digital verification system is launching shortly to provide even more comprehensive batch traceability.
7. Are your products intended for human use?
No. All Peptiva products are sold strictly for laboratory and research purposes only. They are not medicines, supplements, food products, or cosmetics. Our products are not licensed for human or veterinary use under UK law, and must not be consumed, injected, or administered to any living organism outside of a controlled research setting. By purchasing from Peptiva, you confirm that all products will be used solely for legitimate scientific research.
8. Do you provide Certificates of Analysis?
Yes. A full Certificate of Analysis (COA) is included with every Peptiva product. Each COA is generated by an independent third-party laboratory and includes HPLC purity data, mass spectrometry identity confirmation, and batch-specific production details. You can also verify any batch through the QR code printed on your product packaging.
9. What age do I need to be to order?
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from the Peptiva website. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any point during the ordering process. Orders placed by individuals under 18 will be cancelled and refunded.
10. What payment methods do you accept?

11. Can I return products?
For safety and product integrity reasons, opened or unsealed products cannot be returned or refunded. Unopened products in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are in resaleable condition. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days at support@peptiva.co.uk with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund promptly.
