PEPTIVA MELANOTAN II 10MG VIAL contains 10mg of pharmaceutical-grade lyophilised Melanotan II โ a synthetic cyclic lactam analogue of alpha-melanocyte stimulating hormone (ฮฑ-MSH). MT-2 is a non-selective agonist of melanocortin receptors MC1R through MC5R, with particular affinity for MC1R (pigmentation) and MC4R (energy homeostasis and sexual function). Through MC1R activation, MT-2 stimulates melanogenesis โ the production of melanin pigment in melanocytes โ leading to increased skin pigmentation independent of UV exposure. Through MC4R activation, MT-2 influences appetite regulation and sexual arousal pathways in the hypothalamus.
