GHK-Cu 100mg Vial

PEPTIVA GHK-Cu is the copper complex of the tripeptide glycyl-L-histidyl-L-lysine, supplied as 100mg lyophilised powder in a sealed research vial.

What it is. GHK is a naturally occurring tripeptide first isolated from human plasma in 1973 by Loren Pickart. It binds copper(II) with high affinity; the resulting GHK-Cu complex is the form most often studied. Plasma concentrations of GHK decline with age.

What research investigates. Published work — mostly cell culture and animal models, plus a small number of human studies of topical creams — examines collagen and glycosaminoglycan synthesis by fibroblasts, changes in gene-expression profiles, and wound-model biology. Human data are limited to topical skin formulations; effects of injectable GHK-Cu in humans have not been established.
