Overview

PEPTIVA GLOW-70 PEN is a three-peptide research blend supplied as a 70mg/3ml pre-filled pen. The carton lists the composition as 50mg GHK-Cu, 10mg BPC-157 and 10mg TB-500.

GHK-Cu (glycyl-L-histidyl-L-lysine copper complex) is a naturally occurring copper-binding tripeptide found in human plasma. Published research — largely cell culture and animal work, with a small number of human skin studies on topical formulations — examines collagen and glycosaminoglycan synthesis, gene-expression profiles and wound-model biology. Effects of injectable GHK-Cu in humans have not been established in clinical trials.

BPC-157 is a synthetic 15-amino-acid peptide derived from a gastric juice protein. Its literature is almost entirely preclinical (rodent tendon, ligament, muscle and gut-lining models). No completed human efficacy trials have been published and it is not an approved medicine.

TB-500 is the synthetic 7-amino-acid fragment (Ac-LKKTETQ) of thymosin beta-4 covering its actin-binding region. Human trial data exist only for full-length thymosin beta-4 in ophthalmic indications — not for the fragment.

How to read this evidence. The research areas printed on the carton (skin, hair, recovery) describe fields of study, not demonstrated outcomes. No claim of efficacy, synergy or safety in humans is made. Supplied strictly for laboratory and in-vitro research — not for human or animal use.

Ingredients

GHK-Cu · 50mg Mostly preclinical

Copper-binding tripeptide found in human plasma.

Collagen/GAG synthesis and gene-expression studies, mainly in cell culture and animals; limited topical human skin studies.

BPC-157 · 10mg Preclinical

Synthetic 15-amino-acid peptide from a gastric protein sequence.

Rodent tendon, ligament, muscle and gut models.

TB-500 · 10mg Preclinical / biochemical

Actin-binding fragment (Ac-LKKTETQ) of thymosin beta-4.

Biochemical/structural actin-binding work; human data only for full-length Tβ4.

Research overview
